You truly made the night with your music

Hi Heather,

We just wanted to send you an informal thank you for providing the lovely music at our wedding. We have been given so many compliments on how amazing your music was - both live and DJ, and Adam and I were impressed with your wide selection of songs.

Our guests were well entertained, and you especially were amazing. You were able to sing anything, and do it well!! We were all impressed and you truly made the night with your music. It was certainly a wonderful time.

So thank you so much for providing us with a wonderful atmosphere, and thanks for your help when we needed assistance with planning the music part of the wedding.

The Royz Band was INCREDIBLE!

The Royz Band was INCREDIBLE! I cannot recommend them enough. They were fantastic from beginning to end and people still rave to me about them when we talk about the wedding. We had two of the band members play at our ceremony and they were perfect. We didn't know what to have as our ceremony music and they made some wonderful suggestions and ultimately helped us select the music we had. It was beautiful.

And the band at the reception was phenomenal. They even played wonderful Irish music for my husband and his family and they played awesome Horahs for my side. They really went out of their way to please everyone and had people on the dance floor all night. They even had little request slips on the tables so that people could request songs and any requests they didn't play live they Deejayed on the band breaks. It was perfect.

The best part was that my husband had written a song for me and wanted to perform it at the wedding (total surprise!) and he called the band without me knowing to ask for their help to set up the stage and have the sound all set up and ready for him. He said they were so great and eager to help.

I could go on and on but basically, Royz helped make my wedding as awesome as it was and I really can't recommend them enough.

Beyond all expectations!

Well, it's been a month since our wedding and we're still trying to find the words.... I don't know how we can do better than the sentiments already expressed in so many of your testimonials! Where to begin?

Our message to you was that we wanted to give our friends and family a party to remember. From the moment we met, and throughout the planning process you and Andre were warm and engaged and professional. You honoured our special requests, guided us, and made us feel as if our modest 80 guest wedding was the most important event on your agenda. And when the day finally arrived, you turned our wedding celebration into a party of a lifetime that was so absolutely magical - beyond all expectations!

Heather, whether singing or announcing, your voice carried everyone to another place.

The love, and skill, and positive musical energy that you and Andre and John shared with us and our family and friends that night was indescribable. I dont think I left the dance floor for hours!

The music list, the pace - everything was perfect!! I can assure you that Denny and I, and our family and friends, from 25 to 75 years of age, will be talking about our wedding celebration, and you and Andre and John, for a very, very long time. The evening was so full of love, and joy, and dancing that I wish we could do it again!

Dear Heather,

We just received the video from our daughter's wedding.

Best wedding band ever!!!

"BAND - The Royz Band  10+
I know of the best wedding band ever!!! The Royz Band. They played at our wedding during the cocktail hour, dinner, and the reception.

We had a very small wedding (about 40 people) so we really didn't want anything too overbearing either. We wanted elegance. I can not say enough good things about The Royz Band. We got so many compliments on them. Some guests even bought their CD! My friend who is getting married in October wanted them to play at her wedding, but they were unavailable. They were nice enough to recommend another band though.

Anyhow, they play all styles of music, but their jazz is AMAZING. They play at the Montreal Jazz Festival. After coming in to our venue after having pictures taken, I could hear music. It took a minute to realize it was The Royz Band. I said "Is that our band?" When I realized it was, I just about started to cry! They sounded so incredible and absolutely made our wedding reception.

Their customer service is fantastic too. Always got back to us quickly and really helped me figure out a schedule for the evening. I REALLY hope you check them out. You won't be disappointed!!!

We hired the Royz Band for our wedding reception entertainment and highly encourage others to do the same.

From the first e-mail communication to the end of the wedding night, the Royz Band were professional, considerate, and friendly.

Dealing with Heather was a real pleasure, she went through every particular with me in a friendly way and made sure that the programme planned was really to our tastes, as she said it was 'our' wedding and the Royz Band wanted to fit in, not the other way around.

This band got the guests up on the dance floor even before dinner had finished. Their energy was really contageous and the request cards they put out meant that every guest felt included in the entertainment.

The range of different music that the band can perform is truly impressive and I suggest you get them to play their rendition of 'Love Shack' as it had the entire reception dancing.

One other bonus from this band is that they include DJ music as well as the live band. It means that if there are any requests the band can't play, or specific versions of songs you want from the original recording they can play it. It also means that while the band have their break (and working over 12 hours in a row they deserve it) that there isn't an empty dance floor. DJ Bongogirl keeps the momentum going.

I couldn't be happier with the way our wedding entertainment turned out and would encourage anyone considering the band to snap them up, they are worth it!

Our guests couldn’t stop talking about the performance

Hi Heather,

Paul and I just wanted to thank The Royz band very much for the outstanding job you did during our wedding at Penryn mansion. Our guests couldn't stop talking about the performance the next day at our brunch.

Since many of our guests are also musicians it was important to us that we have great musical entertainment at our wedding and you guys well exceeded our expectations! Heather, your performance and voice range on Mercedes Benz just captivated our entire crowd.... I recall having a moment to just look around and saw how much everyone was really enjoying themselves - it was amazing! and Andre's guitar solo to "Stayin Alive" is still being talked about amongst our guests.

And well, as much as I might have thought that hoola hoops wouldn't have worked... they were a huge hit!!! and the pictures our friends have sure do show that everyone involved really was having a blast!

Thanks again, for a truly professional and outstanding job on our special day and Heather for being so prompt and patient in all our email exchanges leading up to the day. You guys truly are the best!!!
